PLAATS IN WINKELWAGEN

Deepen your skills with hands-on guidance

In autumn 2024, we welcomed Dr. Jason D. Robertson for a special course in Applied Channel Theory, rooted in the teachings of Dr. Wang Ju-Yi. After six engaging webinars, we concluded with three intensive, in-person training days in March. The energy, insight, and hands-on practice left participants inspired – and wanting more.
We heard your call.
Together with Qing Bai Academy, Jason’s assistants – Ineke van der Ham, Rimke van der Veen and Monique Staring – are now offering unique Channel Palpation Practice Days. These days will take place in The Netherlands and are open to those who have previously trained with Jason Robertson, Dr. Wang Ju-Yi, or one of his official apprentices.

What to Expect

The Practice Days are designed to support and refine your palpation skills through direct experience – because palpation is something you learn by doing.

Each day includes

  • A quick refresher on the anatomical course of the channels (according to Dr. Wang Ju-Yi)
  • A brief review of the core palpation techniques
  • A focused, in-depth exploration of two channels per day, e.g. Tai Yin & Yang Ming, or Shao Yang & Jue Yin
  • Palpating different arms and legs in order to to experience the “personality” of each channel
  • Fun and explorative exercises that bring ease and joy into your learning
  • Optional point location practice (time-permitting)
  • A small-group setting with experienced practitioner-trainers to offer personal guidance.

Space for Exploration and Exchange

We will also make room for reflection and dialogue, for example:
  • What do you need right now in your palpation journey?
  • How do you integrate Channel Palpation into your clinical routine?
  • What challenges arise in your daily practice?
  • When are channel changes clinically meaningful – and how do you respond?
Expect a safe and inspiring space to share experiences, ask questions, and grow your confidence. The key principles are: we learn by doing, explore with curiosity, and grow through sharing and exchanging.

Dates and Channel Focus

You are welcome to join one, two, or all three days. Each day offers a unique focus.
  • Sunday 21 September – Shao Yin & Tai Yang
  • Sunday 14 December – Jue Yin & Shao Yang
  • (date will follow) – Tai Yin & Yang Ming
We look forward to exploring the channels with you—in practice, in presence, and in dialogue!
